| 1) | Promoting mutual understanding between agencies, both statutory and non-statutory, of the issues, needs and service provision for older people, leading to a shared agenda. |
| 2) | Consulting and engaging with older people and/or groups of older people, enabling them to voice their concerns and views on all areas of their lives, and provide relevant feedback. |
| 3a) | Informing organisations and older people of new policies and
Initiatives, both local and national, and monitoring and assessing the impact these will have on older people; and |
| 3b) | Encouraging equality of access to, and delivery of, services. |
 | Bring together all the statutory and voluntary agencies that provide services to older people in Warwick District. |
| Network and work in partnership with older people and organisations within Warwick District to improve access to public services. |
| Engage and listen to the needs of older people and encourage and recognise their valuable contributions. |
| Ensure older people are not socially isolated and that their voices are heard by the service providers. |
| Integrate members from the BME communities and ensure that all agencies are aware of their particular language and cultural needs. |
