WHAT SERVICE DO WE OFFER?

The Training and Quality Development Project was set up in October 2000. Its original aim was to promote PQASSO (Practical Quality Assurance System for Small organisations) as the most appropriate system for small to medium community and voluntary organisations.

We organise introductory sessions on PQASSO and also provide a mentoring scheme for people in organisations, who would like support in implementing PQASSO. This service covers organisations working in Stratford and Warwick Districts.

We are now planning to give advice sessions on Quality First, which is a quality system for organisations that are solely run by volunteers.

Quality is about improving the way your organisation works and the services it delivers, for the benefit of the people who use them.

Quality Assurance is a systematic way of ensuring this happens.
